FMCG Sales Supervisor – Regional Markets

About the role

Sunda International is seeking a dynamic FMCG Sales Supervisor to develop new sales channels and expand its distribution network across surrounding countries. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, launching new products, and building strong relationships with key distributors and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and open new sales channels in neighboring markets.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure sustainable revenue growth.
• Launch and promote new FMCG products effectively.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen long‑term relationships with distributors, wholesalers and key customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to identify business opportunities.
• Ensure timely collection of accounts receivable and maintain healthy inventory levels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade or related field.
• 3–5 years continuous experience in FMCG sales, with a proven record of developing new markets and managing distributors.
• Experience with food‑and‑beverage products such as sugar, salt, wheat flour, rice, edible oils or soft drinks is highly preferred.
• Fluency in English and at least one of Lingala, Swahili or French.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently within the assigned surrounding countries.
