Ganda Language Specialist – Freelance AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a fluent Ganda language professional to help train large‑scale AI models. As a freelance AI trainer, you will apply your linguistic expertise to improve the quality and cultural relevance of AI‑generated Ganda content.

Key responsibilities

• Review, annotate, and refine Ganda text for AI training datasets.
• Evaluate AI‑generated outputs for grammatical accuracy, fluency, and cultural appropriateness.
• Identify recurring error patterns and document findings.
• Collaborate with the AI team to improve prompts, evaluation methods, and linguistic guidelines.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native fluency in Ganda.
• Professional experience in translation, linguistics, language teaching, editing, or related fields.
• Experience with linguistic annotation, training, or coaching is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and solid communication skills.
