Hardware Sales Representative

About the role
The company is looking for an experienced salesperson to grow its hardware portfolio, including tools, locks, and plumbing supplies, in the local market. You will be responsible for expanding the customer base and strengthening existing relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the company in developing business for tools, locks, plumbing and other hardware products locally.
- Proactively identify, prospect and onboard new customers such as distributors, wholesalers and key retailers.
- Conduct in‑depth market research to understand local trends, competitor activities and customer needs.
Required profile
- More than 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in tools, locks or plumbing products.
- University degree in Business or a related field.
- Preferable experience selling in northern Ugandan cities such as Gulu.
