About the role
Donswift Company Limited is hiring a Sales & Marketing Officer in Kampala (Ntinda) to drive sales of solar equipment. Applications are reviewed through the BrighterMonday portal.
Key responsibilities
- Drive sales of solar equipment by identifying and converting leads into loyal customers.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors and key stakeholders.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a technical, energy or FMCG industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with a results-driven mindset.
