Sales Executive - Furniture & Interior Design

About the role

A furniture and interior design company is looking for a driven, customer-focused Sales Executive to grow its business. The role combines showroom and field sales, customer engagement and business development, and suits someone who enjoys meeting customers and turning leads into sales.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new sales leads and identify potential customers through showroom, field and other sales initiatives.
• Promote and sell the company's furniture products and interior design services.
• Engage with showroom visitors, understand their needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Conduct field-based sales and marketing activities to expand the customer base and market reach.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, customer inquiries and potential sales opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets and help increase market share.
• Maintain high customer service, support customer retention and represent the company professionally.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions, leads, sales activities and opportunities.
• Work closely with the wider team to ensure a smooth customer experience from inquiry to purchase.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in sales and marketing.
• Experience in furniture, interior design, real estate or a related industry is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated experience in customer relationship management and business development.
