Head of Sales & Marketing

About the role

Kampuni Uganda Limited, a Kampala‑based technology firm delivering ERP SaaS solutions, is looking for an eloquent and driven Head of Sales & Marketing. You will be the primary face of the commercial team, engaging corporate clients and driving adoption of our flagship ERP and EFRIS products across Uganda and the region.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute data‑driven sales strategies to acquire new business and expand market share.
• Deliver polished product presentations and software demos to C‑suite executives and business owners.
• Build, mentor and lead a high‑performing sales and marketing team to meet revenue targets.
• Lead brand‑awareness campaigns, lead‑generation pipelines and other marketing initiatives aimed at enterprise software clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field.
• Strong passion for software, digital tools and IT solutions (ERP, SaaS, Cloud).
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
• Professional presence, well‑groomed and confident in executive settings.
• Proven track record of closing B2B tech sales and nurturing long‑term corporate relationships.
