In‑House Marketing & Design Specialist

About the role

The Marketing and Design Specialist will work in‑house for Tight Security Limited, creating targeted marketing campaigns and visual assets that support residential security services and recruitment efforts. This role blends digital marketing, social media management, and graphic design to reach homeowners, community associations, and prospective security staff.

Key responsibilities

• Develop hyper‑local digital advertisements, direct‑mail flyers and community‑newsletter assets aimed at HOA boards, neighbourhood associations and estate owners.
• Manage and design content for LinkedIn, Facebook and Nextdoor to build brand awareness and trust with residential clients.
• Create physical brand assets such as vehicle wrap concepts, event banners, lawn signs and security window decals.
• Build and optimise landing pages for different client segments to capture inbound service requests.
• Design recruitment ads and flyers to attract qualified security officers for client sites.

Required profile

• Mid‑level professional with at least 24 months of relevant marketing or design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to produce both digital and print marketing materials.
• Familiarity with residential (B2C) marketing and security‑related services is a plus.
