Insurance Salesperson – Kampala

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position in Kampala involves selling insurance solutions to businesses seeking planning, advertising and development services. The Salesperson will explain the value of our offerings and build lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients interested in business planning, advertising and business development services.
• Generate leads, conduct sales calls and meetings, prepare proposals, follow up with prospects and close deals.
• Maintain accurate sales records and achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
• Gather market feedback and represent the company at events and client visits.

Required profile

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, including prospecting, presenting solutions and closing deals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build trust with diverse clients.
• Organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple leads, meetings and follow‑ups efficiently.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work collaboratively in a team.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service or business development is an advantage.
