About the role

The Offloading & Issuing Specialist ensures accurate handling of incoming and outgoing goods in a warehouse environment. You will be responsible for maintaining inventory integrity and coordinating cargo movements in Kampala.

Key responsibilities

• Count and verify quantity, specifications, and batch information of received and dispatched goods.
• Register ledger entries to keep book records consistent with physical inventory.
• Coordinate and supervise cargo loading and unloading workflows, minimizing loss and preventing errors.
• Liaise with local logistics providers and consignees to confirm schedules and delivery requirements.
• Collect, summarize, and report abnormal issues, ensuring timely closed‑loop resolution.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse receiving and issuing.
