Warehouse Specialist

About the role

The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for managing the full cycle of material handling within the warehouse, ensuring accurate stock records and a smooth flow of goods. This position supports the Warehouse Supervisor in maintaining safety, organization, and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end warehouse material operations, including receiving, storage, regular inventory checks, and outbound order preparation.
• Enforce company safety protocols, conduct routine hazard inspections, and promptly resolve safety issues.
• Implement and sustain 5S standards to keep the facility organized, clean, and productivity‑focused.
• Assist the Warehouse Supervisor with daily tasks such as shift coordination, cross‑team communication with purchasing, logistics, and sales, and preparation of routine operation reports.

• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments.
• Proactive attitude toward continuous improvement in warehouse processes.

Required skills

• Knowledge of 5S methodology.
• Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and procedures.
