About the role
Uganda Breweries Limited (UBL) is seeking a Key Account Manager – On‑Trade to lead and grow strategic relationships with key on‑trade outlets. The role focuses on delivering execution excellence, brand visibility and commercial performance across assigned accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Own and deliver commercial performance (NSV, volume, rate of sale, distribution and profitability) for assigned key on‑trade accounts.
- Develop and implement customer plans that drive growth and profitability.
- Drive premium brand visibility, advocacy and cultural relevance in outlets.
- Ensure consistent execution excellence at the point of consumption.
- Manage trade investment to optimise return on investment.
- Contribute to demand planning, forecasting and outlet readiness.
Required profile
- Proven experience in key account management within the on‑trade or beverage sector.
- Strong understanding of premium on‑trade dynamics and consumer trends.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer and distributor relationships.
- Results‑oriented with a focus on achieving sales and profitability targets.
