About the role
This full-time, on-site position involves evaluating loan applications, assessing creditworthiness, and recommending suitable loan products in line with company policies and risk guidelines. The role requires relocation to any Lecole Finance branch across Uganda.
Key responsibilities
- Meet with prospective and existing clients to explain loan terms and collect documentation.
- Conduct financial and credit analysis to support underwriting decisions.
- Monitor loan performance and maintain accurate records.
- Provide responsive customer service and collaborate with internal teams for timely loan processing.
Required profile
- Experience in loan officer roles and loan origination.
- Knowledge of finance principles, basic financial analysis, and underwriting practices.
- Strong customer service skills and ethical judgment.
- Diploma or degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Economics, or related field preferred.
Required skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work with loan management or finance-related software.
