About the role
Donswift Company Limited is hiring a Loan Officer in Kampala, Uganda, within its financial services business. The role focuses on sourcing borrowers and promoting motor vehicle-secured loans, with a deadline of 30 October 2026.
Key responsibilities
- Source borrowers and promote motor vehicle-secured loans.
- Verify documents, carry out KYC checks and assess creditworthiness.
- Manage loans from application through to repayment.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in lending, credit or financial services sales.
- Sound understanding of credit assessment, KYC and anti-money laundering requirements.
- Able to meet targets and travel for client meetings.
