Performance & Continuous Improvement Manager

About the role

The Performance & Continuous Improvement Manager will drive packaging unit performance through continuous improvement initiatives, non‑routine projects, and technical support. You will act as the primary contact for packaging process specifications and enable operations and maintenance teams to focus on routine activities.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure occupational health, safety, and risk targets are met for the brewery.
• Maintain overall production reliability, process optimisation, asset management, and plant availability.
• Implement AB InBev and global packaging quality standards and support packaging strategy execution.
• Conduct line audits, training needs analyses, and develop cross‑skilling plans for shift teams.
• Coach and mentor Packaging Levels 1‑3, providing operational support and expert guidance.
• Analyse plant performance data to identify waste‑reduction opportunities and investigate failure modes to address root causes.

Required profile

• Proven performance track record with a disciplined work ethic.
• Passion for problem solving and continuous improvement.
• Excellent understanding of VPO (Value Process Optimisation).
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to influence at all business levels.
• Creative, dynamic, and willing to challenge the status‑quo.
• Self‑starter with change‑agent mindset.
