Product Director – SIFA

About the role

Educate! is scaling youth employment solutions across East Africa. As Product Director for SIFA, you will own the strategic direction of an AI‑powered business‑coaching platform that supports out‑of‑school youth micro‑entrepreneurs.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap and impact metrics for SIFA.
• Lead a cross‑functional team of product leads, designers, engineers, and coaching experts.
• Coordinate with other product streams to ensure alignment and synergy across Educate!’s digital portfolio.
• Prioritize features based on user needs, data insights and scalability considerations.
• Represent the product to internal and external stakeholders, including funders and partners.

Required profile

• Passion for youth employment and education in Africa.
• Proven experience leading digital products from concept to scale.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work in fast‑moving, impact‑driven environments.
