About the role

The Product Manager – Assets will lead the development and management of asset product ranges for Retail and Business Banking customers, ensuring competitiveness and achievement of income targets.

Key responsibilities

  • Recommend and implement new product developments and enhancements, monitor competitive positioning and pricing.
  • Act as primary contact for product issues, coordinate tariff production and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage interest‑rate change processes, maintain relationships with business functions, and support sales teams.
  • Lead product implementation projects, including stakeholder engagement, business case development, testing and rollout planning.
  • Coach and coordinate staff, monitor performance, and ensure governance, risk and compliance standards are met.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or advanced diploma in Business, Commerce or Management.
  • Experience in product management within retail or business banking.
  • Strong analytical, stakeholder management and communication skills.
