About the role

Canonical is seeking a Regional SDR Director to lead inbound and outbound sales development teams across AMER, EMEA, and APAC. You will shape a sales academy culture, mentor managers, and ensure a multi‑million‑dollar pipeline while fostering continuous learning.

Key responsibilities

Direct regional SDR & BDR managers and their teams across three global regions.
Maintain and grow a multi‑million‑dollar pipeline through data‑driven forecasting.
Recruit, mentor, and develop SDR team managers, creating a pipeline of senior sales talent.
Align cross‑functional initiatives with Regional Sales VPs, Marketing, and Field Engineering.

Required profile

Proven leadership experience in sales development or related functions.
Strong analytical mindset with ability to use data for continuous improvement.
Excellent academic background (Bachelor’s degree in Business or STEM).
Experience managing remote‑first, asynchronous global teams.

Required skills

Expertise with modern sales tech stacks and CRM analytics.
Ability to forecast pipeline and drive accountability across regions.
