Sales Agent – Advertising Agency

About the role

Link Solutions Uganda is an advertising, marketing and promotion agency that helps businesses build brand awareness, reach target audiences and drive sales through creative campaigns. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Sales agent in Kampala to work with clients and grow the business.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients, making sales calls and scheduling meetings.
• Present agency services, prepare proposals, negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients, follow up on leads and coordinate with internal teams so advertising and marketing solutions are delivered smoothly.
• Prepare sales reports, monitor market trends and give feedback to improve services.

Required profile

• Demonstrated sales skills, including prospecting, lead generation, client presentations and negotiation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain client relationships.
• Basic knowledge of advertising, marketing and promotional concepts, preferably in an agency or related setting.
• Organized and able to manage several clients, meetings and deadlines.
• Fluent English; a local language is an advantage.
• A relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service or business development is an added advantage.

• Comfort with office productivity tools and basic CRM or sales tracking systems.
• Proactive, results-oriented approach focused on sales targets.
