Sales and Digital Marketing Personnel

About the role

Jerrybag LTD is looking for a dynamic Sales and Digital Marketing Personnel to boost the visibility of its Gift Shop and drive sales across online and offline channels. You will manage marketplace listings, create engaging digital content, and develop B2B relationships while supporting field marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on leads from WhatsApp, social media, Jiji, Jumia, Facebook Marketplace and convert inquiries into sales.
• Identify and approach corporate clients such as NGOs, schools, hotels for bulk orders and gifting solutions.
• Distribute flyers, install posters and support offline promotional events.
• Respond to customer inquiries, coordinate orders and handle complaints professionally.
• Create, edit and publish photos, videos and stories on company social platforms; run approved ad campaigns to increase brand awareness.
• Prepare quotations, present proposals and maintain accurate sales records.
• Report on sales performance, leads, B2B prospects and customer feedback.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, field marketing, business development, digital marketing or e‑commerce listing management.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer‑service abilities.
