Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking a driven Sales Manager to acquire new clients and build lasting relationships for Bwinja Agro Farm, a fast‑growing producer of fresh chicken for restaurants, hotels, schools, hospitals, caterers and supermarkets across Kampala and Matugga.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and visit potential business clients, present products and arrange trial orders.
• Negotiate and close deals on volumes, bird weights and delivery schedules.
• Follow up after deliveries to ensure repeat orders.
• Monitor invoices and pursue payments until received.
• Maintain up‑to‑date client records and provide weekly reports to the Director.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years proven sales experience.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, organised and target‑driven.
• Good knowledge of Kampala’s business landscape.
• Fluent in English; Luganda is a plus.
• Available at least 3 working days per week.
