About the role
The Insurance Sales & Marketing Representative will work full‑time on‑site in Kampala, identifying prospective clients, presenting agency services and building long‑term business relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct sales calls and meetings, prepare proposals and follow up on leads.
- Manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Support marketing campaigns, gather market insights and help refine sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate activity records and meet sales targets.
Required profile
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
- Proven ability in sales and sales management.
- Experience in training, onboarding or client education.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and lead generation.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field preferred.
