About the role

Kanzu Finance is seeking a relationship‑focused Sales and Marketing Officer to drive business growth and take ownership of client deals. The role is ideal for professionals with experience in banking, telecom trade channels, or micro‑finance who are ready to manage the full deal cycle independently.

Key responsibilities

Drive business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships.
Own the full sales deal cycle, from initial contact through negotiation and closing.
Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long‑term partnership.
Collaborate with banking, telecom trade, and micro‑finance channels to generate opportunities.

Required profile

2–4 years of client‑facing experience in banking, telecom trade or micro‑finance.
Strong relationship‑building and communication abilities.
Proven ability to independently manage sales and deal cycles.
Commercially driven mindset with motivation to grow revenue.
Willingness to receive coaching to strengthen deal ownership.
