Sales Executive (Entry Level)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join DWEZA ENC LTD in Kampala. The role focuses on promoting our IT and telecom solutions to prospective clients and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective customers about the company's products and services.
• Prepare and present quotations tailored to client needs.
• Conduct follow‑ups to nurture leads and close deals.
• Execute sales contracts and ensure smooth deal completion.
• Carry out market surveys to gather competitive intelligence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Fast learner with a proactive mindset.
• Excellent customer care and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven sales and marketing capability.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of integrity and a strong work ethic.
• Previous experience in sales within Telecom, IT, or Electrical sectors is an advantage.
