Sales Marketing Agent – Full-time, On-site in Kampala

About the role

This full-time, on-site Sales Marketing position is based in Kampala. The role focuses on identifying and engaging potential clients, presenting insurance products and services, and following up leads to drive sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients and present insurance products.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns and conduct market research.
• Participate in promotional events and training sessions.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide responsive service.
• Prepare regular sales reports and collaborate with the business development team.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Sales and sales management skills to generate new business and meet targets.
• Training skills for client education and product demonstrations.
• Basic knowledge of marketing principles, including advertising and market analysis.
• Organizational, time-management and problem-solving capabilities.
• Comfortable working on-site in Kampala and collaborating with diverse teams.
• A diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in sales or marketing, especially within the local market (advantage).
