Sales, Marketing & Customer Care Executive

About the role

Epic Life Uganda is building a high‑performance wellness and e‑commerce brand and needs a proactive operator to sell products, create engaging content and drive daily growth across online and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Drive product sales both online and offline.
• Create daily social media content for TikTok, Instagram and WhatsApp.
• Design simple, clean graphics for marketing campaigns.
• Run and test advertising campaigns to promote products.
• Convert leads into paying customers.
• Support affiliate growth and onboarding.
• Deliver customer orders and manage follow‑up.
• Track performance metrics and implement weekly improvements.

Required profile

• Improvisation – solve problems quickly without waiting for perfect tools.
• Creativity – turn simple ideas into strong content and sales.
• Consistency – show up daily and finish what you start.
• Result focus – care about sales, growth and outcomes.
• Efficiency – produce strong results with low cost.
• Observation – notice gaps and fix them early.
• Basic leadership – organise small teams or campaigns when needed.

Required skills

• Basic graphic design using Canva or similar tools.
• Smartphone content shooting and editing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
