Sales & Marketing Manager – Retail & Field Sales

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our retail shops and field sales team. You will develop and execute business plans that drive sales, profit, and customer satisfaction across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and performance metrics through strategic execution and team management.
• Drive store traffic and sales results with creative initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, competition and best‑practice sales techniques.
• Organise weekly and monthly sales meetings to review performance and devise growth strategies.
• Coach, develop and mentor staff to build a high‑performing team and future bench strength.
• Foster a “Total Customer Satisfaction” culture.
• Meet financial and operational objectives, including expense control, loss prevention and promotion execution.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols and procedural checklists.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail and field sales operations, including merchandising, inventory control and budget preparation.
• Strong supervisory and leadership abilities with a track record of staff development.
• Excellent critical‑thinking and decision‑making skills.
• Deep understanding of the company’s products and the competitive landscape.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
