About the role
This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Kampala and focuses on generating new business for an insurance agency. You will identify prospects, present services and nurture long‑term client relationships while supporting marketing initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and contact potential clients, present agency services and build lasting relationships.
- Manage sales pipelines, prepare proposals, follow up on leads and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Support marketing campaigns, contribute to promotional strategies and gather market insights.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quality client service and timely delivery of advertising solutions.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and report on sales performance.
Required profile
- Strong communication and customer‑service abilities to handle client inquiries and resolve issues.
- Proven sales and marketing experience with a results‑driven mindset.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
