Sales & Marketing Representative – Insurance Agency

About the role

The Sales and Marketing Representative will promote insurance services, engage prospective and existing clients, and support the implementation of sales and marketing campaigns. This is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Kampala.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads, conduct client meetings and present insurance solutions.
• Follow up with prospects to close sales and achieve targets.
• Support training events and gather market feedback.
• Contribute to advertising content and maintain accurate records in sales and customer service systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and enhance client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer service skills to build long‑term client relationships.
• Proven sales and marketing abilities to generate leads and convert prospects.
• Training‑related skills to assist with workshops and presentations.
• Relevant qualification such as a diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Experience in sales, marketing or client‑facing roles, preferably in training, consulting or service industries.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets, use basic digital tools and uphold high ethical standards.
