About the role
We are looking for a motivated Salesperson to join our advertising agency in Kampala. The position is full‑time and on‑site, and candidates must reside in Lweero Town or nearby areas.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients for the agency’s advertising services.
- Conduct sales calls and visits, present proposals and follow up on leads.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Achieve agreed monthly sales targets and contribute to market growth.
- Gather client feedback and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Required profile
- High school certificate; additional sales or marketing training is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
- Organised, with good time‑management and record‑keeping skills.
- Willingness to work in the field, visiting clients across Kampala and surrounding areas.
- Fluency in English and local languages commonly used in Kampala and Lweero.
