Strategic Partnerships Consultant – Healthcare Diagnostics (45-Day Contract)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing digital health platform that aggregates home‑collection health screening packages across East Africa. To finalize our corporate compliance framework we are launching a 45‑day sprint to build a core provider network in Kampala. We seek a seasoned, well‑connected healthcare commercial leader to secure B2B partnership agreements with diagnostic laboratories and hospital networks.

Key responsibilities

• Map and pitch to accredited standalone commercial laboratories, private hospital labs and pre‑funded institutional/NGO labs across Kampala.
• Introduce our asset‑light high‑volume aggregator model and negotiate flat‑bundle pricing, moving partners away from à la carte pricing.
• Close service‑level agreements that meet target flat‑rate bundle margins based on volume minimum guarantees.
• Deliver fully signed, legally binding partnership contracts within the 45‑day window.

Required profile

• 5+ years senior experience in medical diagnostic sales, healthcare corporate alliances or hospital network management in Uganda.
• Direct personal access to laboratory owners, chief pathologists, MDs and corporate decision‑makers in Kampala’s major healthcare facilities.
• Proven track record structuring complex B2B commercial agreements and challenging rigid retail price frameworks.
• Immediate availability to dedicate 100 % focus to the project.
