About the role
The Talent Acquisition Strategist will lead and deliver the strategic Talent Science project roadmap across the EMEA region, using strong project management and influencing skills to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement solutions to complex hiring problems, ensuring talent selection initiatives align with high‑performance outcomes.
- Coach and mentor team members, develop training materials, and act as a trusted adviser in the Head of’s absence.
- Collaborate with company leaders to communicate and execute Canonical’s talent vision.
Required profile
- Exceptional academic record with an undergraduate degree in psychology or a people‑focused discipline.
- Proven team leadership experience in a talent function within technology or consulting, with strong project‑management capabilities.
- Advanced analytical ability to dissect data and present insights to senior audiences.
