Technical Sales Engineer

About the role

Adexa Power World is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to combine engineering expertise with commercial acumen in the renewable energy and water technology sector. The role focuses on designing off‑grid solar and solar‑powered water pumping systems while driving the technical bid process for new projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design and size PV and solar water pumping systems, performing detailed load calculations.
• Prepare technical and financial proposals, tender responses, and bid documentation.
• Engage with commercial clients to understand energy needs and present tailored technical solutions.
• Support the sales team by translating engineering concepts into clear client proposals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Water Engineering or a related field.
• Practical knowledge of Solar PV design and experience with engineering software.
• Hands‑on experience in bidding processes and preparing technical proposals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to sell technical solutions.
