Booking & Sales Agent - Premium Unisex Salon

About the role

Studio 256 is a growing premium unisex salon in The Cube, Kisementi, Kampala, offering barbering, ladies' hairstyling, nail treatments and grooming. It is looking for a motivated, commercially minded Booking & Sales Agent to grow its customer base, turn enquiries into appointments and drive salon revenue. This is a performance-driven, commission-based role.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively identify and attract new customers.
• Convert enquiries from WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other channels into confirmed appointments.
• Follow up interested prospects and contact previous customers to encourage repeat visits.
• Promote services, packages and special offers and build relationships that encourage referrals.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, bookings and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with reception and management so appointments are scheduled correctly.
• Meet weekly and monthly booking and revenue targets and report regularly on sales activity and revenue.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, telesales, customer acquisition, appointment setting or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident using WhatsApp, social media and digital platforms.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets; highly organised and proactive.
• Professional, reliable and customer-focused.
• Experience with CRM software is an advantage; beauty, grooming, hospitality or service experience is an advantage but not essential.
