Sales Supervisor - Mobile Phone Retail

About the role

Banana Life Investments Ltd, a multinational retail chain founded in 2012 with over 50 outlets across Uganda, is hiring a Sales Supervisor for its mobile phone retail business in Kampala. The role supervises daily sales operations across several shops and supports the sales teams in reaching their targets.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily sales operations across multiple shops.
• Monitor sales targets, staff performance and customer service.
• Conduct regular shop visits and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Monitor stock movement, merchandising and accountability.
• Coach, motivate and guide sales teams to achieve targets.
• Prepare regular sales reports and recommend improvements.
• Identify sales opportunities and implement strategies to increase revenue.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales supervision, preferably in mobile phones or electronics retail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple outlets and achieve sales targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel between shop locations.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and sales reporting.
