Branch Supervisor – Car Logbook (Iganga)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Branch Supervisor to lead our Car Logbook loan operations in Iganga. You will manage a distributed field sales team, drive loan sales, and ensure high portfolio quality while supporting the financial inclusion mission of Mogo Uganda.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train and supervise field sales agents focused on car logbook loan products.
• Oversee end‑to‑end loan processing, including credit analysis, documentation and disbursement.
• Monitor loan portfolio performance, conduct credit risk assessments and ensure timely repayment follow‑up.
• Maintain portfolio quality by managing delinquency, handling customer complaints and providing corrective feedback.
• Prepare regular sales and portfolio reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Finance or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a sales supervisory or team‑lead role, preferably in financial services, micro‑finance or car‑loan sales.
• Proven track record of recruiting, training and motivating field sales teams.
• Experience with loan processing workflows, credit analysis and portfolio management.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of car logbook loan products and sales cycles.
• Knowledge of credit risk assessment, repayment follow‑up and portfolio quality management.
• Leadership, team management and motivational abilities.
• Excellent communication and people‑management skills, including conflict resolution.
