About the role
The Business Banker will drive sales and service for SME customers, delivering tailored financial solutions and growing the bank's portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Acquire new business relationships and grow the portfolio in line with targets.
- Manage credit and operational risk during account opening and loan processing.
- Participate in branch Credit Committee meetings and monitor pre‑Non‑Performing Loans.
- Provide prompt relationship management and advisory services to business and institutional clients.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies or related field.
- Minimum two years of sales experience in branch business banking.
- Good knowledge of business banking value proposition and risk management.
- Understanding of financial statements and strong numeracy skills.
