Sales Closer - Premium Skincare

About the role

PHL Naturals is looking for an experienced, target-driven Sales Closer to turn qualified customer enquiries into confirmed sales. This is not a general customer service or social media role: the company wants a confident, commercially driven salesperson who can talk to prospects by phone, understand their needs, overcome objections and close sales. The position is full-time and initially on-site in Entebbe.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively call and engage qualified leads by phone and WhatsApp
• Run consultative sales conversations and recommend suitable skincare products
• Handle price objections, customer hesitation and purchasing concerns
• Convert prospects into paying customers and meet monthly sales targets
• Follow up consistently, re-engage stalled prospects and generate repeat purchases
• Manage an organised sales pipeline independently and keep accurate customer records
• Track daily sales activity, conversion rates and performance against targets
• Coordinate confirmed customer orders with the operations team

Required profile

• At least 2 years of proven experience in conversion-focused sales
• Track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales targets
• Experience in telesales, inside sales, outbound sales, consultative selling, customer acquisition or similar direct-to-consumer roles
• Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field is an advantage; skincare experience is also an advantage

Required skills

• Phone-selling, negotiation, objection handling and closing
• Managing leads, follow-ups and pipelines with a CRM or structured tracking system
• WhatsApp Business and basic digital reporting tools
• Excellent communication, organisation and independent execution
