Commission Sales Agent – Enterprise Telecom Products

About the role

A client of Q-Sourcing is recruiting commission-based sales agents in Kampala to promote and sell Airtel Uganda's enterprise products and services. The role is fully commission-driven and suits self-motivated, results-oriented people interested in telecom sales.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell products such as Xstream Internet (shared and dedicated), leased lines, toll-free numbers, bulk SMS and airtime, sponsored data, private APN, internet smart plans, closed user groups, NaaS, SIP trunking and postpaid voice.
• Generate and follow up on leads to close qualified sales, meeting a monthly minimum of five.
• Record leads and deals in the sales portal with proper documentation.
• Ensure clients pay within the monthly sales window (1st to 26th).
• Provide after-sales support and follow Airtel's branding and compliance guidelines.
• Complete product and CRM training before starting sales.

Required profile

• National ID, two phone contacts, LC1 introduction letter, academic certificates and two references.
• A bank or Airtel Money account for commission payments.
• Minimum S.4 certificate; willingness to work independently as a self-employed agent and meet monthly targets.

What we offer

• Commission: 10% for 1-5 sales, 15% for 6-10 sales, 20% for 11+ sales.
• Instant bonus of UGX 11,000 per qualified sale.
• Quarterly spot bonuses for the top 20% of performers.
