Sales Executive - Advertising Agency

About the role

Link Solutions Uganda is an advertising, marketing and promotion agency that helps businesses reach and engage their target audiences through creative campaigns that build brand awareness, generate leads and drive sales. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Sales Executive in Kampala to identify and pursue new business, build client relationships and promote the agency's services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and build and maintain client relationships
• Prospect, conduct sales calls and meetings, and prepare proposals and presentations
• Negotiate contracts and collaborate with internal teams so client needs are understood and met
• Track sales performance and provide regular reports
• Contribute to revenue growth, uphold high customer service standards and represent the agency professionally

Required profile

• Strong sales and business development skills, including prospecting, lead generation and closing deals
• Experience in client relationship management, account management and customer service
• Knowledge of advertising, marketing and promotion concepts, able to explain them clearly
• Effective written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with confident negotiation
• Good organization and time management, able to prioritize and meet targets
• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field is beneficial
• Previous sales experience, especially in advertising, marketing or related fields, is preferred
• Ability to work on-site in Kampala in a fast-paced environment

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic office software such as email, spreadsheets and presentations
• Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
