About the role
The Credit Operations & Recoveries Officer will manage loan processing, monitor repayments and recover overdue loans for Habineza Property Services Limited. You will work closely with borrowers to ensure timely payments while maintaining professional relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Market and sell loan products, receive and process applications, and verify borrower information.
- Prepare loan agreements, repayment schedules, and maintain accurate borrower records.
- Monitor repayment dates, follow up borrowers, and recover overdue loans.
- Record repayments, allocate payments to principal and interest, and prepare regular portfolio reports.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Banking, Economics, Microfinance or related field.
- At least 12 months of experience in credit, micro‑finance, loan sales, banking or debt recovery.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets.
