About the role
Huawei Uganda is seeking a Digital Power Solution Manager to lead technical communication, solution design, and market promotion for digital energy products.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate technical information internally and externally, clarify customer requirements, and present solutions.
- Design solutions, configure products, and provide technical clarification to support project development and delivery.
- Collaborate with sales, delivery, R&D and other teams to ensure smooth execution and issue resolution.
- Promote new products and solutions to the market, supporting introductions and key project enablement.
- Continuously improve solution competitiveness based on market trends and customer needs.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 5 years of experience with digital energy‑related products or solutions.
- Good understanding of energy storage, PV, power supply, data‑center energy or related fields.
- Familiarity with pre‑sales solution design, product selection and technical support.
- Understanding of go‑to‑market processes and basic project support procedures.
