About the role
The NPO Engineer will optimize multi‑vendor radio networks (2G, 3G, 4G & 5G) to meet performance KPIs, troubleshoot issues, and enhance user experience.
Key responsibilities
- Optimize multi‑vendor Radio Networks to achieve coverage, quality, capacity and KPI targets.
- Analyze poor cell performance, conduct root‑cause analysis and implement remediation.
- Engage with customers to understand requirements and provide innovative solutions.
- Create SLA KPI reports and coordinate site acceptance for new integrations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication, Electrical or Computer Engineering.
- 4+ years of hands‑on experience in RF planning and optimization for 2G/3G/LTE/5G.
- Strong expertise with Huawei and ZTE radio access technologies.
Required skills
- Python programming.
- Advanced Excel, PowerPivot, Power BI and Power Automate.
- Drive‑Test log analysis and NPO optimization tools.
- RF planning & optimization, multi‑technology parameter tuning.
