Enterprise Account Executive – Healthcare AI

About the role

We are building one of the fastest‑growing enterprise sales teams in the healthcare AI space. As an Enterprise Account Executive you will own the full sales cycle for strategic, multi‑year contracts with large health system customers, working directly with C‑level executives.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end sales process for enterprise health system accounts ranging from $250K to $5M ACV.
• Develop and maintain executive relationships with CMOs, CTOs, and CIOs at IDNs, academic medical centers, and regional health systems.
• Create account strategies and territory plans in partnership with sales leadership.
• Lead product demonstrations, respond to RFPs, and build business cases.
• Collaborate closely with clinical success, product, and implementation teams throughout the deal lifecycle.
• Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets and maintain accurate pipeline reporting in CRM.

Required profile

• 7+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, including at least 3 years selling into health systems.
• Proven track record of closing $1M+ enterprise software deals.
• Strong executive presence and ability to navigate complex, multi‑stakeholder buying processes.
• Experience selling AI/ML, analytics, or clinical decision‑support solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
