About the role

Q-Sourcing Limited, trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec, is a manpower management solutions firm operating across Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda and South Sudan. It is recruiting a Head of Business for its WQS Recruitment Services unit in Kampala. The role provides strategic and operational leadership, driving profitable growth, compliance and risk discipline, digital transformation and a high-performance culture, while representing the company with clients, regulators and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the entity's business strategy, diversify service lines and client relationships, and deliver against the annual business plan
• Ensure compliant, transparent operations, strong internal controls, risk mitigation, working capital optimization and audit readiness
• Lead process automation, digital transformation and adoption of new systems, and foster a culture of innovation
• Build a high-performing leadership team, develop successors and drive employee engagement and inclusion
• Align with Group Functional Heads on Finance, HR, Risk and Commercial practices and report accurately to Group management

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, HR or a related discipline; Master's degree or MBA is an added advantage
• At least 5 years of progressive leadership experience, including at least 3 years at senior management level
• Proven track record of business growth and operational results in professional services, outsourcing or people solutions
