Home Health Aide (Certified & Non-Certified)

About the role

We are seeking compassionate Home Health Aides, both certified and non‑certified, to provide personalized care for seniors in their homes. The position offers flexible scheduling, mileage reimbursement, and the chance to make a meaningful impact on clients’ daily lives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
• Prepare meals, help with feeding, and ensure proper nutrition.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and light housekeeping, including laundry and errands.
• Observe and report changes in condition, take vital signs when ordered, and complete documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment for each client.

Required profile

• Compassionate, dependable, and able to work independently.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes.
• Availability for flexible scheduling, including weekends or every other weekend.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role.
• High school diploma or GED.

Required skills

• Basic caregiving skills for personal hygiene and mobility assistance.
• Meal preparation and feeding support.
• Light housekeeping and errand handling.
• Observation and reporting of client health status.
