About the role
The insurance agency is seeking motivated sales staff to drive business growth through consultative selling and targeted marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Insurance Agency Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our client base and closing sales opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Apply consultative sales methods to understand client needs and propose suitable insurance solutions.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate leads and identify potential customers.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals in alignment with company guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with the sales manager to ensure targets are met and best practices are followed.
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Business planning and marketing knowledge.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree with a demonstrated ability to sell.
