About the role

The Key Account Manager Off Trade North-West will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strategic relationships with key customers, primarily in Italy. The role focuses on delivering Bacardi’s commercial plan, increasing market share, and ensuring the successful execution of joint business initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve key revenue targets such as net sales value, gross margin, profitability and ROI.
• Deliver Picture of Success objectives and channel‑shopper marketing impact.
• Develop and execute joint business plans with key customers to create win‑win value.
• Implement occasion‑based price‑pack architecture and annual price increases.
• Optimize promotional plans using ROI‑driven strategies.
• Contribute to the country’s channel and portfolio strategy and Integrated Activity Plan.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key customers, travelling extensively across the territory.

Required profile

• Proven experience in key account management within the beverage or consumer‑goods sector.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence brand positioning.
• Willingness to travel frequently to meet stakeholders.
