Operations Manager

About the role

The Operations Manager will lead daily branch activities, ensuring smooth office operations and compliance with lending policies. Reporting to senior management, you will coordinate teams, monitor performance, and support the branch’s financial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Check emails, conduct team briefings and assign daily tasks to staff.
• Oversee office operations and prepare daily branch performance reports.
• Supervise branch staff, track performance targets and provide coaching.
• Enforce lending, operational policies and procedures to prevent non‑compliance and fraud.
• Train new employees on company products and services.
• Interview loan applicants and approve loans after credit committee assessment.
• Analyze market conditions, identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience (at least 12 months) in operations or branch management within banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of lending policies, compliance and risk management.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance and deliver results.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
