About the role
Q-Sourcing Limited, trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec, is a manpower management firm operating in the East African region (Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda and South Sudan). On behalf of its client Total Energies, it is recruiting a skilled and experienced Performance Engineer to work in Kampala.
Key responsibilities
- Drive performance initiatives in Operations and present them to leadership, managing and tracking their implementation
- Support entities in defining and preparing KPIs
- Run the communication of KPIs across the organization
- Track and report major actions and key contract status
- Support audits and help translate findings into performance improvements
Required profile
- Minimum BSc Honours degree in an engineering discipline in an industrial context
- At least 5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry
- Strong experience in fast-paced, evolving environments and in cross-functional teams
- Self-starter with excellent communication skills
