Procurement Manager

About the role

The Procurement Manager will lead all purchasing activities for our coffee production chain, ensuring timely and cost‑effective acquisition of goods, services and equipment. You will work closely with coffee farmers, suppliers and internal teams to maintain quality standards and support the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Onboard coffee farmers and build a reliable local supply network.
• Monitor order status, negotiate pricing, payment terms and delivery schedules.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Track market trends affecting coffee inputs and logistics.
• Evaluate, select and manage suppliers, conducting regular performance reviews.

Required profile

• Resident of Lukaya or Miwula (or native to the area).
• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field (experience may substitute).
• 2–3 years of direct coffee procurement experience in the Lukaya/Miwula region.
• High ethical standards, strong communication and leadership abilities.
